Individual coaching

True-Potential Individual Coaching

For most people, life goals are daydreams never realised. True-Potential coaching is an ongoing conversation that leads to self-awareness and practical next steps that will focus and empower you to make real progress in life and leadership.

How does it work:

  • Sessions are normally 1 hour long.

  • We meet every two weeks to give you time to make progress on your action steps.

  • We use Zoom to give you the flexibility to meet anywhere anytime.

  • We believe that quality coaching should be available to everyone, and that is why we charge R300pp per session (t's&c's apply).

  • No contract. You can end the coaching journey at any time, we do however encourage you to commit to at least 3 sessions to get value for your time.

  • True-Potential is a Christian coaching organisation. Our coaching process gives room for you to discern the voice of the Holy Spirit in your life.

  • Payments are due before the session starts and are non-refundable.

Indemnity 

All of our sessions are private to the client.  All clients will be required to sign an indemnity form for their and our protection.

True-Potential Group Coaching

For most people, life goals are daydreams never realised. True-Potential coaching is an ongoing conversation that leads to self-awareness and practical next steps that will focus and empower you to make real progress in life and leadership.

By taking advantage of shared experience and accountability, group coaching offers a unique experience that will build confidence to take the next step in your goals.
 

How does it work:

  • Sessions are normally 1h30 long.

  • We meet every two weeks to give you time to make progress on your action steps.

  • We use Zoom to give you the flexibility to meet anywhere any time.

  • We believe that quality coaching should be available to everyone, and that is why we charge R90pp per session for a group of 4-5 people (t's&c's apply).

  • No contract. You can end the coaching journey at any time, we do however encourage you to commit to at least 6 sessions to get value for your time.

  • True-Potential is a Christian coaching organisation. Our coaching process gives room for you to discern the voice of the Holy Spirit in your life.

  • Payments are due before the session starts and are non-refundable.

The COACH Model for Christian Leaders,

this workshop is made for those who are

experienced as well as those who are

not-so-experienced in coaching skills.

 

 

Over the course of 3 days, you will become familiar with the COACH Model® and use it to coach other participants. By the end of the course you will have the skills and the confidence to use coaching in your work and home contexts.

 

Topic and skills covered in this practical and interactive workshop:

  • How to listen actively so others feel you understand them.

  • How to ask powerful questions that initiate a change of thinking.

  • How to generate feedback that avoids defensiveness.

  • How to design action steps that will actually be accomplished.

  • How to follow-up to increase learning and accountability.
