True Potential, however, takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical difficulties beyond the control of True Potential. Disclosure of personal information.

True Potential does not sell or disclose information that identifies clients personally, or which allows for third parties to contact clients directly, without client consent. All information obtained during a coaching session is and will remain confidential. True Potential may, however, have to disclose personal information in certain situations to ensure statutory requirement and in the case of an emergency. Such EXCEPTIONS to confidentiality include, but are not limited to the following:

1. True Potential determines that the coaching client is a threat to himself and/or another person.

2. In the case of suspected abuse towards a child, an elderly, a disabled person or any other person

3. The client is threatening to commit a crime

4. In the case of a medical emergency

5. Through a court order to disclose the coaching client’s records.

In the event of such a situation as mentioned before, True Potential will make reasonable efforts to discuss the necessary release of confidential information with the coaching client and/or legal guardian, before taking any action.

Also, True Potential may disclose any information from the coaching session as required by law and regulation as necessary and/or advisable to:

1. Protect True Potential’s rights, safety, property, or the rights, safety and property of others.

2. Enforce the Terms of Use and/or this agreement, including consultation(s) with counsel

3. Respond to your requests for customer service of other information

4. Comply with the legal process or cooperate with law enforcement or governmental requests.

The coaching client thereby waives any and all claims against True Potential and/or its staff in case of breaking the confidentiality code under the circumstances listed above.

 

Medical disclaimer

All information and results stated on this website and during coaching sessions are for educational and informational purposes only, in order to assist the client to pursue his/her life goals in a healthy manner. Coaching is NOT a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental healthcare or substance abuse treatment. Coaching should not be used as a replacement for any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. The content of this or of any coaching session should not substitute for medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional, medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment or care. The client should not discontinue or modify any medication or therapy presently taken pursuant to medical advice, without obtaining approval from a healthcare professional.
